Excellent service that you would have had in years gone by but complimented with internet orders for those who are not close by.

I phoned about a potential purchase and the staff member knew that a callback had been attempted earlier. Assistance and direction was second to none. Follow up email and note in the delivery we're the icing on the cake. A well run customer focussed company!

I ordered a pendant online and due to a technical hitch did not receive an email to confirm this. When I phoned to query it, Janet was so helpful, giving me the tracking code and phoning next day to ensure the package had arrived. The pendant came beautifully wrapped. An excellent family firm.

Bought much of my jewellery from Connards but no longer live in the area, so online service gives me access to their products and their trusted service.
