I liked the Speed of delivery and quality of the item also the

Not enough details on returns portal to successfully return item but this was remedied after a phone call resulting in an email being sent with the missing details which enabled me to return the item. All done quickly and efficiently.

Ladies I spoke with to correct it were helpful and delightful. .

The products are great exactly what they describe and are well made. The wall lights were easy to install and are working well. On the minus side the installation instructions are very minimal and no instructions on how to adjust the sensors.
On the Web site you have to choose the lamps that go with the product and I got it wrong as it shows a lamp further down the page but you have click on the

One of the bulbs was broken - better packaging?

Nothing wrong with the product - as advertised and expected - but the Yodel courier delivered it to what was blatantly the wrong address, Yodel itself was unhelpful when I complained, and it was only through the kindness of the person who found the parcel on his doorstep in delivering it to us that we received the goods at all.

Good choice easy to order beautiful light fittings

Nice website, gods range of choices. Delivery was as expected..prompt and fragile things well packaged.

Light fitting matched the photos and description and arrived after a few days. Got conflicting info from carrier when trying to track the parcel. Lampandlight replied very quickly to my inquiry and the parcel arrived the next day.

Delivery within the expected time frame.

Very good service and nice lamp delivery excellent.

Only issue was the connecting electrical plug. The plug supplied was a two pin EU plug not a UK three pin plug. Lampandlight company did provide a Uk adapter plug with the lamp but it makes for a large double plug size you have to plug the EU two pin pluk into the UK three pin adaptor and if space is tight it may not fit or the socket is on view

The lamp is fine and works well now that I’ve shaved off some of the plastic on the aperture of the adaptor plug. The euro style plug did not fit and I suggest most people would have returned the whole unit.

The website is comprehensive, ordering simple and the product delivered as scheduled. There were no issues with construction and the light works well.

All good except the delivery by Yodel: they failed to deliver to my neighbour as requested by me and confirmed by Yodel, leaving the large package outside my front door in public view and exposed to the elements.

Seems like a good product Quite sturdy and well packaged Adaptor a bit cumbersome but easy to use.

both boxes were pretty well damaged, its down to luck that the items inside weren't damaged.

The lamp I purchased was lovely but sadly did not suit the room for which it was purchased. Returns were courteous.

Very promptly delivered and a good quality light (wood stem) for the price. However, it is a little wobbly on the base and we can't seem to tighten it up any more though that doesn't affect the light and the shade is also of good quality.
