You can improve by getting a decent delivery company. YODEL are awful. They take no notice of the customers requests like leaving with a nominated neighbour. Instead it’s just thrown on the floor without knocking

the product was a great low price and the photo is good. However, the finish is poor, and looks like a child has stapled it to the frame. I am not going to take things further, as the picture is just for my study and is not a gift. I feel it is a case of you get what you pay for - if you buy cheap, you get cheap. I would not recommend you and I will not order from you again.

The finished product is excellent. It took twelve days from order to delivery with indifferent, non human, communication. Customer service appears to be bot driven and seriously inadequate.

The finished cushion is not as vibrant as the picture supplied. The filling also does not go into one of the corners and this has put a crease in it.
I am disappointed in the finish.

The photos have come out well as always, however, the canvases are certainly thinner rthan before,consequently the frames show through the picture edges.The stapling of the canvas to the frame is a bit slack , qwuality could have been better overall.

I was really pleased with how easy it was to make the order on-line. However the jigsaw pieces produced were very thin and difficult to keep together’. I was also a little disappointed that the puzzle did not come in a box or other gift ready’ container. Tracking of my order was not successful - don’t know whether this was due to you or the delivery company- but made me a little anxious as puzzle

Order to ages to dispatch, online tracker said it had been collected when it hadn't. Pictures look rushed when they have been attached with the staples to the board. Has ripples in the canvas.

Order took nearly 2 weeks to arrive. The pictures looked good quality, but considering the price, I expected better quality from the frames and also thought there would have been a glass cover, not plastic. The keyring looks very different from what was shown online too.

There was a spelling error in my card when arrived and I am 100% sure I typed it in correctly on the website form
Package also took 11 days to arrive which is a bit too long.

The photos itself are gorgeous. I’m very pleased I just wish that they’d arrived by Mother’s Day like I was guaranteed. Upon emailing customer service the system was automated and very unhelpful. I got nowhere. So my advice would be to order well in advance.
