The unit is supposed to be an air purifier and dehumidifier. It works well as a dehumidifier but didn’t even come with an air filter, so how does it purify the air!
Courier was useless. Came on a different day and left the unit, in retail packaging, on my front door step in plain view of close passing people/traffic. This was both a theft risk and also advertised to everyone that the house was uno

Hi, this is more a rating for customer service, although I have to say so far I prefer the ecoair I had previously. Anyway I emailed asking for invoice, got a reply saying my order couldnt be found, I email with order info but havent heard back. i had wanted invoice copy so as to fill in the warranty info

One of the wheel holders on my dehumidifier broke off and the wheel fell off. The holders are made out of thin plastic which is not good enough to support the weight of a heavy machine such as Meaco 25L dehumidifier. Meaco's response was that was an accidental damage which was not true. They sent me an email asking me to take some more pictures and maybe they said we'll ask you to send the dehumid

Thank you for your review. We are very sorry to hear you had an issue with your dehumidifier purchased from John Lewis in January 2022. We have not come across this situation before, and have sold thousands of these machines, none of which have had this issue. A member of our Customer Service Team was in contact with you regarding this, however we unfortunately did not hear back from you. An
