Came within a couple days. £20 for delivery seemed a bit steep but I have had it a week working well although laundry seems slow but happy enough so far

This is my second dehumidifier in two and a bit years because my previous one stopped working and so we will see how long this one lasts for cos when it's working they are great .

Ordering was easy, delivery was easy, finding out how to order wheels for my dehumidifier and fitting them was not, I think you should be able to order them already fitted .

Prompt, efficient service

Order was shipped very quickly, which is good. However I had barely an hour's notice of the first delivery attempt (fortunately caught it in time) and the "order is on its way" message came after delivery had occurred. So coordination with DPD could be improved.

Product is excellent. Taking water out of damp walls has made a difference with the heating. It actually now feels warm. The downside was information regarding delivery. Once bought I was told I would be contacted on dispatch if product. This didn't happen. I had to contact customer service to find out what was going on, as I'd been on the website where it stated the product I'd bought was out

Delivery was fast and ordering easy. Altho the box arrived open and the package was delivered revealing what’s inside it’s usually not a problem for house deliveries but living in a development it’s not always the best. Still great experience, thank you

Once I managed to catch the item in stock, before it was sold out yet again, the ordering was very simple and delivery very quick and problem free. Hopefully the demand for these products is a good sign of the quality. The dehumidifier worked well on first use, drying laundry.

Ordering, purchase and delivery was very good, the instructions were adequate and I managed to get the dehumidifier working.

Easy to purchase & next day delivery great. On useing I found it to be the best I've ever used I was amazed at the amount of water it took out. 9 months after daily usage it developed a few problems also the fan I could see was very dirty, Meaco arranged for postage/pick up, I paid for a service to be done at the same time at a good rate from Meaco. 2 weeks later its back working like new

Had to wait for arrival of new stock but from when it was available the dehumidifier was delivered next day.
Have tried on laundry mode and it dries the clothes well.

The Zambezi dehumidifier is brilliant at removing moisture from the air, it works very efficiently. This is the third Meaco I have had - I live in an old, dusty cottage with a woodburner as our only source of heat so our previous dehumidifiers died due to dust.
I have just bought a replacement and tried to contact Meaco to get the old one cleaned and serviced. Meaco is let down a bit by their slo

The fan itself isn’t too noisy although the compressor seems to make much more noise, even when set to night mode. I appreciate a compressor will make noise but this is an annoying noise. Whether it’s placed on a level carpet or tiled floor, the vibrations through the house is considerably louder than I ever could have expected.

Very prompt delivery. Pity the tracking number didn't work. No way i could rearrange delivery to local PO in case we were out. Delivery was made to next door neighbour when we were actually in!!

I live in old style house with no radiator at the front of the window instead is was filled on inside other wall. More heating i will turn on more condensation i will get on the window side of the wall i have tried different methods for a many years but all of them have cost me lots of money.This dehumidifier have saved my money and time with minimum of cost and great result. Now i have dry walls

I bought a hose - initially out of stock. Haven't used it yet, but it was delivered quickly.

The outstanding thing I like was the dehumidifier which does what it needs to do. The thing which drops the rating is the ordering and office’ side. Problems with both that have still not been resolved.

The dehumidifier was delivered as scheduled. It is working well so far and hopefully it continues to do so fir a long time.
