Received fairly expensive part for lawnmower but was faulty. Contacted them by phone and explained bur was asked to send email. Had no reply over 2 weeks and had to get part repaired to enable me to use it. Would not recommend

The order was made on the 23 March when their web site showed that 5 mowers were available. I was informed that this was an error. The deluvery now is estimated to be the 25 April.

Communication would be a great help. Placed an order over 2 weeks ago, received confirm of order and money was taken from my card on the same day. We have not had any corespondence since on what is happening with our purchase. Have tried ringing many times, the phone system puts you in a queue which when you reach the final stage just rings, was on the phone over 35 minutes on one occasion.

Chose this supplier because it stated that 5 were available.
Had an email saying mower was being delivered via DX Freight.
Had an email next day saying that mower would not be in stock for another 4 weeks and would I like to wait or have a refund .
Refund requested ,let's see how long that takes .

Ordered a lawn mower to find it wasn’t in stock and no idea how long I would wait for delivery. At the same time ordered a strimmer, that got returned back to them, did eventually get it, but it took several weeks to arrive

To start with they won’t deliver to the area of Scotland where I live despite it being a mainland postcode and address and secondly despite my carefully checking the part I needed against the picture of the same part on their website they have managed to send the wrong part to my father’s address which for me involves a 200 mile round trip so I’m far from impressed

I ordered a drive belt from Mowers on line. The belt was wrong - too small. The belt was indicated that it would. These things happen and I’m not griping about that. However, trying to get a refund is a challenge. First, you can’t call mowers on line to talk about parts. Parts can only be ordered via email. I emailed on a Saturday, 3 days later still no reply. Held my payment for weeks.

When it didn’t arrive on the delivery day I called them and was told that they didn’t have any.

The Mountfield mower was delivered with several scratches, when I reported this I was asked which panels are damaged’, we will send replacements - not please return the mower and we will rectify’. Mowers-on-line blamed the courier, yet there were no marks on the packaging and the positions of the scratches led me to believe that they were not due to movement in transit. Recently bought a tool on line. Took three times the max described time to arrive, over a fortnight. Very difficult to speak to anyone to ascertain whereabouts.
