I purchased a leaf blower as a surprise for my other half's Christmas present, it wasn't cheap at just under £250. The delivery was awful, basically I spent a whole day from morning till afternoon waiting for the two hourly update on delivery which never arrived. The next day I received an update and delivery was made at eleven am. The mower was on a horrific pallet which the driver was unable to help me with. Things I didn’t like:
1. Very poor communication.

4. I had to use PayPal resolution for a refund.
5. I basically had to sort Cobra collecting my mower myself after Mowers Online couldn’t give me a collection date.
