My order never arrived - and when I queried this, I was told I had cancelled it. When I pointed out I had not done so, I was then told my credit card had been declined - but there was no reason why it would have been & I had no received any notification

Insufficient protection in box meant that plant arrived battered, upside down and also with a large number of withered and blackened leaves so useless as a christening gift. My complaint by immediate email resulted in a reply in Dutch, my telephone call to Customer Services met with a message that the number was discontinued and contact should be by email
Avoid this company at all costs.

The information with which you came back to us by email was incorrect we do not offer delivery next day on our website. As informed we are based in the Netherlands delivery to the UK is minimum 2-3 working days with dpd and 4-5 working days with Royal Mail. Your order was cancelled and refund as requested.

Ordered few plants from them last week. They didn't survive the journey, some stems were completely dried out and some had rotten leaves. Tried contacting customer service, received an automated reply that I will get a response in 24 hours. It's over 4 days and they haven't come back to me yet. Completely being ignored and it's a rip off. Not ideal if you are after healthy plants.

Waited and waited for delivery but nothing came so emailed them. My order was cancelled apparently because of insufficient funds but i no i had plenty funds they could of emailed me or phoned me to make me aware that they cancelled it very poor lake of customer service. Also it's not a UK phone number for customer services. The number is from Netherlands

Plants arrived in terrible condition, very dry & some virtually dead. I've planted them, but no idea if they'll survive. Delivery took 5 days, so it's hardly surprising the plants weren't happy when they finally arrived.

BE AWARE PRODUCT NO WHERE NEAR PICTURE
Ordered some Pampas grass based on the photos on the website.
Received two deadly greenish grass with no "fluffy top" at all compared to the picture.
Emailed the customer service who blamed this on "winter" season that the grass was cut. However there's no mentioning of such on the product page, nor I can tell will eventually grow into like "pampas" in

As informed pictures of our site shows a mature product. A pampas in winter delivered in 9cm pot is dormant and delivered without the feathers, the grass turns greyish green and transforms into straw, the feathers will come the following year when the plants will have spent several months in the ground this is part of the natural cycles of the plants. A professional gardener will confirm it to you

The orchid that I ordered does not seem to have been delivered. Mrs Weir who should have received the gift has had to go into hospital so perhaps the orchid was left with a neighbour,but I would have thought it would have been good to have been informed of this as it is a perishable item. The plants took much longer to arrive than it said on the web-site
As they were for a present -this was unacceptable .
My Mother said to NOT buy from this company again as they were half dead & of very poor quality .She is 88 & has been a keen & experienced gardener all her life so she does know what she is talking about

Unfortunately my order was delivered on the 11th June when I was on holiday, it should have been delivered on the 18th June, half my plants were dead and the other half were so poorly that only 2 survived after I planted them, totally unsatisfied, £52 down the drain, I certainly will not shop from them again

When I was impressed with beautiful shrubs and other plants as shown decided to buy for my garden so spent £200 but I was disappointed when I received my plants in tiny small pots different than photos provided in their website that seems to me it doesn’t worth the £200 I spent Especially if I compare with other suppliers. I wish if I know the store location to return back all plants I bought.
