Second honeysuckle was pink when gold ordered.You disputed this as you said that it turned gold later. Label on it says gold and I sent pictures of it. The picture on your site was of a bright gold/orange flower this is never going to be that colour in the picture. Was looking a bit sorry for itself when arrived but hoping that it will pick up..because of this I have given only 3 stars.

I have a photo's of the delivery box when opened. It looks like it's been through an airport luggage carousel.
The Osteos looked in pretty poor condition, but they are planted, so time will tell. The apple tree was fab.

Have not used customer service so cannot rate. Delivery box was sturdy but no mention of which way it should be carried. Driver carried it under his arm. Plant was not, in my opinion, protected sufficiently. 4 'branches' were broken and the stem is bowed.

The trees appeared to be field grown and packed loose into a plant pot upon dispatch. There was barely any rootball whatsoever and I am not very optimistic the trees will survive and take root. Customer services were notified straight away and no response was forthcoming.

I ordered a pot rose for my friend who has just been diagnosed with cancer. I was advised it had been delivered and signed for, but she did not acknowledge receipt - because she didn’t know who had sent it The message I composed for the gift was not mine, but someone completely different and totally inappropriate Please explain how this can happen.? I think an apology is due to me and my friend.

Plants arrived on time in reasonable condition. Unfortunately all the plants were different sizes despite costing the same. Real shame as these were supposed to go into a 12 month old hedge to replace plants which have died over the winter. Not greatly impressed

Delivery took eight days although sent by first class mail .
The branch of one of the Hydrangea plants had broken off and the plants were rather weedy looking . I had expected more mature specimens .
I emailed to try and find out the cause of delayed delivery and received an acknowledgment that my enquiry would be looked into within 24 hours . . No further response was received .

Plants are fine. The delivery company used is useless and it took two phone calls and several emails to finally get delivery. I was also informed by the delivery company that they should not be sending live plants on the contract they have. Given the trouble I had I will not be using Gardens you in the future.

Was disappointed with the size of the shrubs - maybe my own fault for not reading descriptions properly. The packaging was poor with many broken off dormant twigs in the bottom of the box so making the shrubs even smaller.

Communication is not good from this supplier. Whilst I acknowledge that I ordered over the Christmas period, it took me emailing customer service to find out the status of the order and then it took nearly a week to arrive. The packaging was good externally, but internally the plants were hurriedly boxed up carelessly, so there were broken leaves and soil inside, requiring repair work by me.

It is the weather but it is also winter period. Perrenials plants or shrubs are dormant during the coldest month of the year (january /february) so the appearence is quite normal for the season. The spring that will arrive in 2 months and a half will glorify these plants

I ordered a hybrid Witch Hazel which was delivered very quickly.
I am extremely disappointed with the product, - a recent and incomplete graft. I had expected an obviously complete graft . £18.90 incl p+p is excessive and it would have been more cost effective to buy a more established plant. Customer Services advised of 1 yr guarantee but I loose a year's growth if the graft fails/ plant dies.

Size and delivery height was mentioned on our website. The plant received is delivered in a 9cm with a delivery height inclusive pot 20-30 cm, this is a young specimen but not an incomplete graft. Time of the year (November) need to be taken in consideration the deciduous plants are visually less attractive when winter arrive. We always offer one year guaranty.

The service and delivery time was fine, and the plant arrived well packaged. However, it was not in the best condition. It was dry and the top branches were wilting a little. The lower branches were also rather bare and I thought perhaps the plants are kept in a tight space close together. However, I watered the plant and have now put it in the ground and it looks OK.
