very disappointed . Repeated a previous order to ensure a close colour match and received a completely different colour. I totally understand that dye batches can differ and therefore it is almost impossible to guarantee an exact match but this was an expensive waste of money

I placed order received tracking said it had been dispatched but every time I checked tracking had not moved . I contacted them and they said my order was dispatched still nothing moved I emailed again no answer emailed again no answer so as I’d used PayPal I contacted them they returned with saying my money had been returned . I made my order on the 18th August and have yet to receive my fabric, I have had to contact them several times, the link they sent me to track my package said it hadn't even left the warehouse 3 weeks after my order was placed, their responses have been bland and not at all sorry about the delay, i won't be placing any more orders, I feel very let down by the service and the company

Explain why you cancel an order at the time you receive the customer order. It is not only polite to do so, but it avoids a frustrating wait for fabric to complete a partially made garment. Babies and children grow very quickly.

The material was ordered for 4 curtains with 25 repeats each curtain. There is enough material, but the fabric has been cut so haphazardly, that there are only 24 repeats for the fourth curtain because the final repeat has been sabotaged. Please do not ask me return it because I am in my 80’s and struggling to handle this heavy fabric let alone parcel it up and return it.

Very easy to order the fabric I wanted but unfortunately, the fabric took too long to arrive. I contacted via email and the response was returned within 2 days, which was excellent but the delivery company-DHL-on online tracking invoice- had no idea where my parcel was.
