I submitted an order on November 20th & it is now Dec 11 & I still have not received my order or any communication about my order as to what has happened to it & when it will arrive. I am very disappointed as I have oustanding orders that I need the fabric to complete.

I received my order 5 weeks after ordering and that was only after contacting them, turns out my package hadn't even left the warehouse, it was only me contacting them that they found out it was still there!!

I waited 3 weeks just to be told a fabric I ordered payed for had become unavailable. I was offered to choose a replacement, and I chose the only comparable fabric on the entire website, but was then told the price difference is 30£ and thus too much and I cannot have it. You can place an order Saturday... it will be processed? Maybe on the following Wednesday. You are then sent the courier parcel code, but the parcel is not given to the couriers for another 4 working days... the following Monday. To which the courier emails i have your parcel and well deliver it tomorrow. If you call and ask about the delayed delivery they blame the couriers... 1st purchase i call

I ordered my fabric on 19/12/21 and only received it two days ago. The package looked like it had been used as a football in the warehouse! The company is based in Germany despite the website appearing to be in the United Kingdom consequently the shipment took a long time to be delivered

Very disappointed with the fabric I ordered. It was described as a dark brown french terry but when it arrived it was more of a fawn colour (light/mid brown) and very lightweight more like a t-shirt fabric. It was not suitable for my project but do not want the expense of returning it and wasting more money.
