Delivery took quite a long time (well over a week). The product itself (vinyl click flooring) is very good & looks brilliant
Unfortunately, BRICOFLOR don't accept returns, even when goods are intact & sealed & without wanting a refund (bought 6 packs of floor boards but used only 5) which means that a perfectly new box of vinyl flooring will end up in a bin. Such a waste is simply unacceptable
