Ordered placed 17/01/2024 to be delivered today, 24/01/2024 ready for Burns Night. I only placed the order as I needed gluten free haggis. My order was 1 regular haggis and 2 GF ones. I've been sent 1 regular haggis and 2 sachets of whiskey sauce. Called twice now and no one seems to have any urgency returning my call. Burn's night is the day after tomorrow so it would be nice to know what's happe

Item didn't arrive as expected. It seems that the company is still closed for the holidays which wasn't clear when i ordered the Haggis.

I ordered a haggis the evening of the 20th presuming that the "order before 1pm for next day delivery" would apply to the 21st, so I could expect my delivery on the 22nd. It arrived on the 28th after our guests had left. No comms or updates until it's received by the courier. Will have to keep it frozen until Burns Night...

Whilst I am certain that the haggis I ordered will be wonderful, I have given a low rating because the web page asked my preferred delivery date and this was completely ignored this and just delivered immediately (a good week before it was needed). I love mcsweens vegetarian haggis and have done for years, we live in Cornwall so is not always easy to obtain, we ordered on line with no problem. The delivary DPD service was the problem when we specifically asked the package to be left with our neighbours, they left it on our front door step when opens directly on to a busy street, had our eagle eyed neighbours not spotted it and taken it in fo
