As there was a delay in sending the product you should have notified the purchaser and give a new date. When I called to chase the lady was very helpful and got back to me

Product description not entirely helpful. Ordered one haggis thinking it would serve x3 people but when it arrived was only an individual portion. Then had to pay another delivery charge to order two more.
