Great service. My haggis was delivered in a thermal bag with ice pockets and was still frozen when delivered keeping the Haggis perfectly chilled, They kept me up to date as to when it was shipped and to when it was due to be delivered (within 1 hour) the only way it could be better is if it was delivered by a fair maiden bereft of clothing with free beer. I would definitely use again even without
