5 years after Brexit still can’t deliver to Northern Ireland - UK or special

WARNING Failed to deliver 5 parcels the company just recalled them. So far no refund, I am about £2000 out of pocket. They have apparently recalled them so they know and can see by the tracking they are in the way back but say they cannot refund.

The store had done nothing with my order till I tried to cancel it. They refuse because "they already sent it", but somehow the order status changed only after my request, and a tracking number was created after it too. Then again order progress stopped, and only my complain to Trusted (no respond yet) made the store do something with my order. As a result, the order was not delivered on time

Absolutely useless. I placed an order on 27 November. 10 days later, I chased the company to ask where it was. It was then posted. 10 days later, I chased again to ask where it was. The company emailed me to say they had cancelled the order and would refund my money; they blamed delivery issues, but then the obvious thing to do would have been to email me and resend the package.

I’ve always been very happy with Alpinetrek but they now use Evri as carrier and they are hopeless. I had to wait 2 weeks for the package, as Evri couldn’t be bothered to bring it round. If you go to a professional carrier, I’ll be back.

This has been by far and away the worst mail order experience I have ever had. Having ordered some walking shoes a message then appears saying the company is experiencing delays. If this was known in advance I would not have ordered!!

I usually wear Size 6 trainers but these trainers were too tight and not comfortable for me, so I returned them after 2 days of my delivery, It’s been 15 days of returning my trainers but they said that they did not receive my return and did not refund my money.
