The replacement parts - runners for a wardrobe with sliding doors - arrived promptly. However, the design of the top runner means it's not as good as the original. Also, no fitting instructions were provided and the YouTube videos on this product are not detailed enough to be useful

Great product supplied. Would be better if all required products were shown on the same page or at least linked to a new page. For example I needs kitchen door hinges, the hinge and bracket are seperate however you have to search for them yourself rather than them being linked together which is difficult if you don’t know which parts you specifically need or if they fit together. Easy to order and identify correct item, not a fan of the website as prices and descriptions are above photo rather than the traditional beneath. Worse thing is they use royal mail and with only limited deliveries never sure when it is going to arrive.
