The shipping (using UPS) and tracking information has a large room for improvement.
I find Kjus/UPS, communication is poor compared to other couriers, especially as Kjus market their selves as a high end/value product.
Aligned with other couriers, why are:
- Updates not sent, advising day of delivery.
- An estimate (1-hour slot) not provided on the day of
