Had the infared bulb for 3 days when it packed in, bulb had blown, not happy at all

Goods sent by UK Mail. Notified of two delivery dates / times - courier did not turn up, nor left goods as we requested. UK Mail refused to re-deliver as they claimed that they had tried twice, despite no card being left nor goods - as arranged on their website. I was disinclined to drive 50 miles to their closest depot to collect.

MVF customer support hung up on me when trying to resolve...

Description for the item I purchased was completely wrong . The wrong item arrived 2 days after it should have. Complained to the company and they just said sorry it was human error Sent item back and then phoned 4weeks later as I still had not been given a refund. I was was again apologised to and got the refund into my account 2 days later.
