Received the goods in 4 deliveries and all different days. This took over 3 weeks to come although I was told all items were in stock. Arrived too late for me to use on a shooting day that I had been looking forward to.

We hadn't enough stock at any one store to be able to send your order out as one, so the order was split and sent to you so you and you should have received it within the 3 - 5 working days as the order was placed on a standard service. We are so sorry that this wasn't the case - Many apologies.

The goods are always damaged especially from the yeovil branch. I dread ordering online now in case the item comes from yeovil. One delivery driver in a van would not deliver to us in case he couldn't get down the lane
Buck your ideas up MV otherwise you'll go the way of Countrywide.

paid for next day delivery twice on 2 separate occasions and didn't arrive in time, not good when it was my first 2 orders and products a sticker on side of it that i had to soak and scape to get off, not good will not be using again

Badly let down by the delivery - no indication of when it was due and only part-delivered with NO delivery note. Customer service person apologetic but said "there was no way of knowing" what had been delivered.

Wasn't too happy to have driven from Blandford to Yeovil to spend a gift voucher only to find I could only spend it online on things I didn't really want because what I did want was collect only.
And months later I still haven't received half of the order (a shirt).

what was advertised and delivered was not what I received, I paid over £12 for delivery and it wasn't delivered as stated and the wrong order was received, when queried I was advised the stock I ordered was not in stock and there was no estimated delivery date. If I'd known this I would never have ordered it in the first place. I know this was only a tiny order but I'm really upset by the service.

Hi I was very disappointed that there was no where to insert our membership to get the extra 3 off and I was disappointed that the Chameau boots size 7 arrived in a Barbour box for boots size 9 - Shirley

First time I’ve used mail order for chicken food, unfortunately the pellets were starting to leak out of the outermost plastic sack and when opened the inner paper sack was ripped wide open. I would hope that the product was in good condition when packing and that the damage was done in transit. Mole Valley Farmers have offered a small discount for the dissatisfaction this should cover the loss.

UK Mail is hopeless - failed to delivery on the day specified then the tracking page continued to state the goods were being delivered on that day 3 days later. Impossible to speak to anyone to get this sorted out.
