Parcel came totally damaged. The box in pieces, put together roughly with DPD tape. All clothing creased and overall total mess. So difficult to contact customer service. I had to find them on Facebook and left the message with pictures there.

I loved the items I received. Your delivery service let you down I waited in three days befor I got theses item finally on 30/1/2019. I had an email saying that I wasn't in while I was sitting in my home. Then another one saying we will come back tomorrow never turned up again finally I contacted them and told them to deliver on 30th which they did deliver this time.

Staff in shop were not at all helpful - their standard of English was so low that communication with them was not possible and they couldn't answer even the simplest query. They were not able to refer me to other members of staff who may have been able to help. I had to do everything myself online. The quality of the clothes is poor. H&M has similar prices but better quality and nicer staff.

Delayed delivery. I still haven't received my delivery and had to make a phonecall to chase it up. The operator was very polite and kind. Unfortunately she could not check immediately where my order is. She promised to check it and e-mail me back in 1 working day. I am still waiting for her reply.

I've ordered twice now from Reserved online. There's a pattern. The order gets placed and confirmed, the money gets taken, you wait a week, then chase. Then there's a delay of a day or so before they tell you the order has been lost. They refund, you re-order, then it arrives.

It would be great if they could omit the first stage from this pattern and simply deliver the first time round.

Product was far too big. Been waiting 2 days for a return label despite emailing and phoning up and still no label. Live 250 miles from the shop so have no option but to return via Royal Mail or courier. Very poor service will not be using them again

Sizing not right according to guidelines given and do not match U.K sizes.
To return an item was not easy to navigate on web site and I had to ask for advice. This was given and then I had to wait a day before the posting label was issued. I like the clothes but because of sizing issue I would not use 'Reserved' again. Very disappointing.
