I submitted my order, I did got a confirmation email but after that... nothing... no information regarding the part I ordered, if it was available or not, if it was sold separately or not... I got not info about my query. I had to call your local representative and resubmitted my query to them.

Their terms and conditions say that you'll be informed of the price of shipping before confirming and paying. However they then inform you of an additional price for shipping. You can then cancel and get a refund.
It seems like a disingenuous attempt to manipulate consumers' cognitive mechanisms - while some would cancel, many will feel committed to the deal (although they wouldn't have paid this
