Poor delivery, I paid extra for 3 days delivery, but at the end it takes over a week. Even rose, my Handpresso plus stops working after using it for around 10 times.

We're sorry for this bad experience. 3 days delivery is for Europe, it is clearly written during the order process. Your parcel entered customs in HK in 4 days, unfortunately we are not responsible for the customs clearance that depends on the payment of custom fees. We recredited your order today. Best regards

Thank you for the non-working coffee machine, even when it arrived there were visible signs that it had been used. But I only wanted it to work today when I put it in the truck, I realized that it was not working. Only the power cable lights up, and it even leaks from somewhere below!! !

the machine heats up fine, but the pump does not pump. it tries to turn and then locks up.
