Late in the day I was told that some items weren’t available and then that they were, When I suggested that my order should be scrubbed so that I could start the whole confused situation again I had no reply and being busy at the time I did nothing more which was just as well as the order turned up unexpectedly Six days late (not that this mattered but it might have done).

We apologise for any confusion, at this time of year there are so many arrivals and despatches from the warehouse that sometimes wires get crossed and information can be out of date as it gets sent to you. I'm glad your order arrived safely.

I order 7 albums only got 3 no mention of being short and got charged postage
Ordered two identical items - received 1 correct item and one wrong item Had to go through all trouble of returning the incorrect item - unwanted hassle Now waiting for correct item - just hoping I don't get charged for it. 11 weeks later still not received the item - incorrect item supplied a total of 5 times. Now waiting for refund and compensation for the hassle and this companys ineptitued
I have given you two stars because of the lack of communication. If an item is out of stock then you MUST inform the customer immediately & explain how long before they come. Also the customer services number on your email was incorrect. Having said that when I did get through to customer services by phone & email they were very helpful indeed so very happy with that.
Ordered 2 photo albums ,was told after I had paid that they where out if stock and would not be back in stock for a couple of months ,then a couple of days later told me they where sending a pair of different albums and if I didn't like them I could send them back that was putting the hassle on me they should have asked if I wanted them to do that, the album's sent had 10 pages Less in each book

I'm sorry communication seems to have failed so badly in this case, we did email you but received no response. Normally we would wait for confirmation but the operator informed you by email (still no response) and then sent an alternative product. Perhaps our emails were going to your junk folder? We sincerely apologise for the mix-up and await your instructions.

I'm so sorry, we do normally inform customers when there is an expected delay due to stock problems, and this could be why your order confirmation didn't arrive. Unfortunately your order and therefore the communication seems to have been missed. We sincerely apologise and hope that you can enjoy your goods now they have finally arrived.
They had the cheek to charge £5.95 P&P for three sets of page number labels packed in a padded envelope, weight 165grams and sent by Royal Mail (non-tracked) post. Hey, Arrowfile, how about charging customers what it costs? Quality of goods excellent but shocking delivery charge: whole order was under £12 and then £6 on top...having a laugh methinks

We are so sorry you feel our postage costs are too high. Orders over £10 are £5.95 but this isn't just the delivery cost, there is an associated admin and processing cost per order and also the packaging costs which we have to take into account. However as a gesture of goodwill we will refund your postage costs in this instance.
