Your courier service informed me three times that my order would be delivered. I stayed at home on two days when I should have been out and about. The order arrived on the third day.

Twice, I phoned customer service about two issues and found the person I spoke to inefficient,.

Unfortunately, we can only admonish the delivery service to dliver immediately. We do not have any influence on their delivery habits if they don´t delivery nevertheless.

Took ages for the poster to arrive and when it did it had fold lines in the original poster that when copied showed up really bad

How to make the poster? They is no instruction on how to put the wood around the poster so can’t hang it

Was sent a different customers order so will need to return it and hopefully be sent my order or be given a refund. Have emailed posterlounge to try and resolve the issue but still waiting to hear back. Delivery was cancelled and rescheduled twice due to severe weather.

I was happy with the delivery time and the condition in which my package arrived. However, I received only one of my items and I contacted PosterLounge and they informed me they would be sending my item.

It has been some time since that email and I have yet to receive my item..
