Took ages for the poster to arrive and when it did it had fold lines in the original poster that when copied showed up really bad

How to make the poster? They is no instruction on how to put the wood around the poster so can’t hang it

Was sent a different customers order so will need to return it and hopefully be sent my order or be given a refund. Have emailed posterlounge to try and resolve the issue but still waiting to hear back. Delivery was cancelled and rescheduled twice due to severe weather.

I was happy with the delivery time and the condition in which my package arrived. However, I received only one of my items and I contacted PosterLounge and they informed me they would be sending my item.

It has been some time since that email and I have yet to receive my item..

The item itself was good quality Big it was poorly packed and arrived bent and creased. I was offered a refund or reprint but felt that the method of packing was unsatisfactory.

I ordered this poster as a Christmas gift for a 10 year old child. I ordered it 10 days before Christmas but it didn’t arrive until after Christmas.
I ordered other gifts later than this and they all arrived before Christmas.
There is no excuse - how can it be so difficult to deliver a piece of paper? I will not order from Posterlounge again.
