Said on the website that delivery would be dispatched within 2-3 days but I received an email nearly 2 weeks later stating the delivery was now being dispatched. Items came in a cardboard envelope that had been near enough bent in two, took pictures to email company regarding this but all I can find is a phone number that is not local so would cost to call. Hoped to buy more but lost faith now.

When my delivery came the posters were creased across the top corners so I attempted to email poster lounge but have had no reply.

The product itself is excellent but the delivery service from DHL Parcel/ UK Mail was utterly hopeless. The delivery took 4 days, constantly using the excuse that they couldn't access the premises, which is a complete lie.
I urge companies not to use them as the association reflects badly on you as well.

There seemed to be an unnecessary exchange of emails before the goods were dispatched.

I ordered prints on block wood and although it said 'light weight' wood I wasn't expecting balsa wood which is extremely fragile. Two of the paintings have been scored in transit but I will have to live with it as I can't afford to pay for returns.

I won't be using this supplier again for block wood prints

The printing is good but I was not impressed with the quality of the paper. The border was so small that the posters are hard to mount in a frame.

Unfortunately the quality of print on the canvas was not a clear and crisp as I hoped. When I notified Posterlounge of this they simply said that the canvas was an old photo and thats why the quality was not the best. I wish they had said this on the website then perhaps we wouldn’t have spent £280 on a picture that wasn’t the best quality.

The quality of the print 8 received was poor, in fact it was a total waste of money. I wouldn't recommend this company nor would I buy from them again.

The poster wasn't particularly good quality, the paper wasn't great. And it had a crease down the middle when it arrived.

Couriers are an absolute joke, delivering heavily damaged boxes two times. Customer service not much better, took two weeks to deliver where one was promised. Would not use again.

The goods were ok, but the delivery /courier was very poor. Despite the goods travelling from Europe to the UK in 2 days, the goods sat in my local warehouse for a week. Even allowing for bad weather conditions the service was poor and I was given incorrect information on delivery time twice. Also, the packaging was damaged when it arrived.

Posters were delivered in good time, very happy with them, however the cardboard cylinder they came in looked like a truck had run over it. Thankfully the posters had only a small crease that can’t be seen now that they are in their frames.
