I placed an order with you and paid for the product I ordered. Ten days later you cancelled my order without any explanation. Bad service. I won't recommend you to anyone.

The order could have been cancelled by different reasons; no stock, wrong payment, system malfunction, etc. You should have definitely been informed of the cause behind, sorry. Our item was sent to the wrong address twice, when it arrived it was almost 100% damaged. We want a full refund and the item removed or we will dispose of it ourselves as they will never be able to sell it because of the damage. Their Customer Service is a disgrce, the first time they deliverd to the wrong address, they asked us to pick it up and return it to them. They should not be allowed to tr

I wanted to return an item the day after receiving it. This item would not fit my electric blanket, my mistake. I was informed that I was able to do a return and refund, before doing this I needed to download a returns label and filling in the form with an invoice number, date and customer number. This was impossible as the form wouldn't accept the invoice number for some reason.

Absolutely shocking, opened the 2 watch winders today for Xmas, the power adaptors for UK were not fit for purpose and then i noticed that the bottom winders on both machines were offset and not working!!!

My carbon filters took 4 months to arrive so basically I had one of their new cooker extractors fitted in my brand new kitchen but NO filters so couldn’t use it . Received wine cooler on the basis it could be sent back for what ever reason full refund and free returns. Said they would send return label and info, that hasn't happened and reading all the reviews it's not likely to. I'm not leaving it there,paid through PayPal my next port of call.

Answer are questions via email, I have the right to send back an item but have no printer they said they would post one out but then sent one by email for me to print off but I have no printer, so asked the post office but they could not help as I need a customs form, and there label printer does not print customs forms still no answer when I explained so I still have a £100 item I can’t send back
