I paid to find out what intolerances my child has and the results reacted to all the foods he ear and the foods he does not appeared negative. Then the team explained that test reacts to the food we eat often and it may not be intolerance. I requested refund and nothing. Avoid.

Good Afternoon.

I am hoping you might be able to help me.
I have to be honest I was so surprised and quite shocked to get the results I received from you.
All my life I have suffered with intolerances and allergies. But to my surprise everything that I know I have a problem with did not show up in any way, shape, or form. I am honestly wondering if my blood was delayed in the post or something

My results arrived which indicated a supposed allergy to meat, fish and wheat. I restricted my diet but turns out I am allergic to tree nuts which did not show up as they don't test many, even though these are common allergens. I had a big reaction. Now have an epipen. I found the results misleading.
