Unfortunately the instructions didn’t state (I can’t see they do) to not take antihistamines for 5 days prior to taking the samples however this is included in the results so I have had to fork out for another test.

The instructions were not very detailed and specific ,
Giving the matter ansmd the complexity of the test instructions need to be very clear and specific to the test enclosed .

Results seem to be ok and came quickly.
To book the nutritionist appointment it just says get in touch. I emailed 6 days ago and live chat around 3 days ago.. both times told someone would be in contact, but still waiting to hear back

More detailed instructions on how to use the kit needed - specifically the lancet.
