Ordered items early April while on holiday in Kent. DHL did not receive the full address from them and failed to deliver it. Emailed Prindo many times to try to rectify the situation.Very disappointing as it would have been easy for them to have contacted DHL to rearrange delivery to my home address. Asked them to reimburse me with the amount. Still waiting on payment back into my bank account.

Dreadful after sales service - order arrived with one cartridge missing (of 12) - no packing slip, so no way to tell if it came out in transit - as box was damaged - or not packed at source.

Very unhelpful in trying to resolve - I was left to chase the courier and Royal Mail - they then requested the address of my sorting office and then stopped communicating altogether - will not use again

Unfortunately I still have not received the goods. Prindo have been in communication with DHL who apparently said on 17 January that they needed a further 2-3 weeks to investigate what has happened to my parcel. Up to that time when I made enquiries I received various messages stating that it had been delivered, it would be delivered and then nothing further.

Dear Customer, DHL has informed us that the shipment has been delivered to a neighbor. Unfortunately, the "neighbor" is not aware of you, thats why there were such confusions. We have now refunded the invoice. Best regards Toner 24

As goods are sent to third party I don't know if delivered or not.
Customer service,poor experience last time. Unless you have a problem you don't find out how customer service is doing as purchases are on line

Slow, slow, slow. Cannot comment upon the quality of the print cartridge or customer service however three working days after placing my order with Prindo, my order is still in Germany and has not even arrived in the United Kingdom despite the advertised shipping policy of Prindo on their website stating that delivery takes place within 2 to 3 workings days from the date of order. Never again.

For the resulted inconvenience due to the delivery by DHL we offer our apologies. Dear Customer, according to DHL the parcel have been reset, as of customers request. On Thursday, October 11th. Therefore there was a delay in delivery. Best regards Toner24.co.uk
