Ordered a week ago with 2-3day delivery time still haven’t received a week later. I emailed customer service they said they had a back log of orders... that’s not my problem...a curtesy email would have been nice to say there is a delay as they had no problem taking the money out of my account. Hopefully it will come this coming week..

I would love to rate this but as I am still waiting for my order to be delivered and have had no response to my queries it is 1 star for delivery and service. 5 stars for products as I know the goods I am buying are quality if they ever turn up

We are sorry for the delay in posting these items, the postcode for the delivery was incorrect so we could not ship. When we received the the correct post code, we shipped this parcel and it was delivered within 3 days.

Wrong colour shoes delivered, complaint to customer service has now gone unanswered for a week.

We apologise for the delay in responding. We did not receive the first email but once the second email was sent we responded the same day and refunded you the difference between the two colours after you chose to keep the shoes.

I ordered the shorts for a holiday and they did not come.
I phoned you and DHL, It transpires the sender did not put the name of my house (I dont have a number) on the delivery note and are stuck in DHL Depot Basildon UK but they cannot act on receiving the address so now they are being sent back to sender.

We apologise for the long delivery process but we are unable to change delivery addresses once the item has been shipped. This order had no house name or number and could not be delivered. The item was returned to our warehouse for a full refund.

We apologise that your order took longer than expected. There was an address error due to this being an industrial estate and having units rather than house numbers. I can see your items were paused by DHL and delivered after the address was found by DHL.

Ordered 2 items. Delivery by different couriers took 4 and 7 days. The website was in UK but both items came from Germany. First courier said item was signed for but it wasn't. Larger item arrived in adequate packaging and was badly damaged. I asked for 30 refund but was refused and only offered 20. I accepted just to avoid the hassle of returning/waiting for replacement. I will not order again

Delays might occur for various reasons and we apologise. Our customer service team advised for you to return the item for a full refund. Or offered more than 20% if you chose to keep the product. Goods were very badly packaged in weak cardboard box. Box had entirely disintegrated in transit and been put together again by carrier. Consequently almost entire contents were damaged. Tins of bread so badly damaged that 3 of them had actually broken open at seal. Most of the rest very badly dented. Best before dates not good either.
