well to start with the light fitting was very poorly packed and the packaging was damaged but luckily not the fitting, then it got delivered to the wrong address but luckily they tracked me down or I would never have known it had been delivered and considering they claim to be providing fittings for the UK market it is fitted with a shaver socket type plug - on the whole not impressed

This is the third time I’m offered to rate this company. I still haven’t received the items which I ordered. I’ve written to the company and they haven’t replied. So at the moment I’m about £ 1100 short but nothing to show for it.

Since the item was not in stock and the manufacturer does not have 16 lights available at the moment, we sent an email on 18.12.18 to the customer informing him about the delay. The shipment will be sent at the beginning of the next year.

Ordered a light in November, now December and have now been told none in stock until middle of January So basically advertising goods they haven't got Not happy.

Light came with a European plug and a UK adaptor. Stuck out of the socket so far it kept falling out of the socket. Useless and being returned. No mention on their web site that they were not uk spec.

Very poor service, the delivery took a month and been told it was going to take 2-4 working days when I placed the order. When I finally received the item it wasn't in original packaging, also some item was missing.
Extremely disappointed.
