We bought a lovely wood beam over table light which was delivered yesterday. It is not only badly damaged, someone has tried to do a repair on it which is awful and totally visible. I have tried and tried to email with their customer email address and filling out their online form and NOBODY has had the good manners to answer me. We simply want this collected and replaced. It should never have

Apart from confirmation of payment email on 1/12/24, (not even confirmation of order and details), one week later I have not heard anything else. Very poor considering how easy it is to send email updates. xx

Item was advertised as available in stock. I then received a communication saying the manufacturer in fact manufactured to order, and that given this the items would not be returnable. I therefore requested the order be cancelled.

Two weeks later I realised I had received no refund. After initially being told the refund was issued immediately after my cancellation request, I raised a Paypal

not very happy at all, if this is German quality they can keep it, first of all the base is badly scratched, & I can't get it to work, I am left with a £143.95 ornament as it came with a continental plug so i had to change the plug to connect it to the mains which means that it won't be accepted on returns

There is no update on the parcel after they despatched it and the company parcel force in unhelpful. Illumination team still want me to wait for them to deliver. Instead of getting in touch with parcel force, they asked me to wait.
