Unfortunately I am unable to comment on delivery and the goods as the manufacturers had technical issues with my item therefore the order was cancelled. However the customer service I received was outstanding. They kept me informed and was most apologetic. Also my refund was issued promptly.

Ordered 3 items. 1 was out of stock with a 6 week lead time, and they wouldn't despatch the other 2 items as a part order. If items are out of stock, why not say so on the product page? Hence, order was cancelled and refund received, which is good, but hours of wasted product searching was a waste of my time.
