Item had not arrived yet. Was not aware this was not a UK based company. Been waiting a week and it’s only just got in to the UK with now eta on when it will be delivered.

A week on after we paid for the order we still didn’t have any update, on the website it says processing snd it was processing since the day we paid. I had to call them to find out that they are waiting for one item out of eight to delivered from the manufacturer. It will take at least another week, then it will be another week for the order to be delivered to us. It would be nice to have a little

I still haven’t received the item. From what I can see on tracking the light fitting has been exported & is now in limbo somewhere, but not in the UK.
