Good products good communication, and a pretty quick delivery. The only thing that stop a 5 star award is that I do not think that the products are particularly well protected for what is a long time in travel.

There was a problem with UK customs but Illumination resolved it quickly.

Great light which looks good but could have done with being told the right E27 bulb to fit it as we wasted our money on a bulb that didn't fit. Instructions for sensor function weren't great but we managed to fiddle about and get it to work well.

A very good good choice of lamps and excellent customer service! I gave 4 stars only because some lamp descriptions are not very accurate. I was interested in solid wood lamps but some say "wood" even thought it's wood imitation (some indeed say "wood like"). Also description "light" or "dark" wood is not sufficient and can be misleading. If a lamp is made of oak, rubber wood or bamboo it should b
