Light delivered with slight damage to fitting cup.
Product looks good and was delivered on time. Just the disappointment in receiving a product which has been damaged.

Item arrived as ordered, however, we were not informed that it had been dispatched. When the item arrived on a pallet, the delivery vehicle did not have a tail lift and so could not offload the pallet.

I had to assist with stripping the product off the pallet in order to accept delivery. Had I not been there, delivery could not have been completed.
