They seem to have attractive platform, products and deals, but from now on it would be difficult to trust that whatever product would be delievered on time or at all. Their chosen partners for delivery are unproffessional and completely unreliable to say the least. Customer Service team rathered issuing a refund than sorting out the delivery. I gave up and bought my ebike from a local seller.

Not yet received item :(. DPD sent me a message saying the recipient has delayed delivery? Which is absolutely not correct. I am waiting urgently for the item. Now I do not know what is happening

Having ordered two electric mountain bikes only one arrived. Attempted to call customer service department during their so called "office hours" but got the same message advising to call between 10am and 4pm Mon to Fri.
This is the worst online bike company I have had the misfortune to deal with.
