The envelopes came in a big box, when i looked inside there were two smaller boxes that were thick with dust! They must have been kept in a warehouse but someone knew they were covered in dust and could have repacked them. I have never received an order from anyone in such condition! These boxes contained over 200 WHITE envelopes! Despite taking a lot of time to be very careful, I know I got dust

DPD delivery very poor

Despite plenty of indications and alternative delivery options provided, the delivery guy kept missing the delivery.

Ordered and paid for these Xmas card envelopes on 6th December.
Didn’t receive a confirmation email so no order references to track order. Notified on 20th December that order has been despatched and cannot be cancelled. Now 22nd December and NO XMAS CARD ENVELOPES. Totally useless

I ordered 1000 plastic A6 plastic bags. The screen said I would receive 15% off my next order.

Two weeks later I ordered 1000 A6 white envelopes - I expected to receive the promised 15% off. On inquiring, I was told I hadn't filled in the order page on the screen - but there was not a box on the order page I could fill in.

The answer is don't order from 'Envelopes' because they will diddle you

The company used DPD and despite 3 delivery dates being sent and a safe place to leave being arranged no delivery was attempted. So after waiting for a week I've had to find an alternative supplier

I ORDERED PALE BLUE ENVELOPES C5 GOT C6 WAS PROMISED A REPLACEMENT RECEIVED YELLOW C5, COMPLAINED AND WAS TOLD i WOULD GET A REPLACEMENT, I THEN RECEIVED TWO PARCELS, ONE PARCEL WITH ANOTHER PACK OF BLUE C6 AND THE OTHER PARCEL A PACK OF RED C5 !

I was after some luxurious envelopes so ordered some envelopes lined with silver and gold. The first time the envelopes came marked. Then some with the gold foiling were returned by a customer so I grabbed some. All 50 had glue showing through. This for 33p per envelope. There is no quality control AT ALL. This is just churning out stock without any consideration for the customer. You've wasted my
