Whether it was my use of website, or a glitch, when I reviewed my order it stated I was ordering A6 greyboards.
The invoice/despatch emails stated A5 boards. Not a huge problem given I can cut to size, but irritating all the same.

Envelopes ok but think they were overpriced. Went to use the code that was advertised on the top of there page and wouldn't work. Customer service didn't want to know. Delivery was expensive

I wanted 100 envelopes unfortunately due to an error I received 1 envelope. I would have thought common sense would tell you someone would not order 1 envelope at the p/p price.

Somewhat disappointed as the colours on the screen seemed quite different from what arrived. I ended buying ones that I will never use. The lined envelope was poor and looked cheap. The plainer envelopes had a nice colour and quality. Great service, very efficient,

Only dissapointment was that I had to enter my address details in about 6 times before it was accepted. I very nearly gave up.
