Paid the mo etc so sampled would arrive promptly and still haven’t arrived. Annoyed I paid and now not confident in placing an order as cant rely on delivery

However, according to the track and trace of your shipment, your order was delivered to you by Yodel on Wednesday 23 October at 5.40 p.m. Maybe someone other than yourself has accepted the shipment? I still have NOT received my order 700002456 made on 09/10/19 it is now 21/10/19 so I am very unlikely to recommend you to anyone

Placed my order 3 weeks ago and still waiting on delivery As this was for valentines orders , i have now had to apologise to my customers which has reflected bad on by buisness. When purchasing said 3/4 days from the date of order. Very dissapointed
