Sadly I didn't receive the item I ordered, hence the low marks. However, Calliope refunded me straight away without any quibbles, which I appreciated.

I'm really sorry about this, but for any potential customer reading this review I should clarify that UPS lost a tracked parcel. Unfortunately,this happens occasionally. It's frustrating but not something we can control. What we can control is sorting out the mess so we investigated immediately it was brought to our attention. We issued a refund as soon as the courier admitted it's error.
