Le test a inscrit les aliments que j’avais beaucoup consommer dans les jours avant le test et non ceux dont je suis intolérantes. Je suis intolérante au produit laitier et nul part il a sorti dans le test.

Il m’a dit que j'avais 6 allergies et je n’ai aucune allergie c’était des aliments que ne consommais à chaque jour. Le procéder n’est pas bon malheureusement

This did nothing for me, felt quite bogus. I think it just measured what I eat regularly and a lot of. Basically what your system has the most of in it at the time. The allergies that I know that I have did not show up at all.

It took several emails for me to get my results and then my result basically said i was allergic to nothing. I takke 3-4 allergy pills per day and still have allergy attacks daily. There is no way I am allergic to nothing.

I emailed for more information and heard nothing back. Seemed a waste of money if all I know now is I have a miscellaneous allergy.

I didn't find it easy to understand. No clear advice, I expected more, maybe my expectations were too high. I wanted more help.

Whilst the test results provide some interesting information I will need to spend time understanding exactly what they are saying. The labelling of the results are not that clear to me in some cases e.g. Green beans. Does this mean all types of green beans?

very quick and very responsive, however they sent 2 sets of results which cast doubt on what to believe as they were VERY different results

Despite several messages, my account still says " awaiting hair sample" from 19th Sept even thought my results arrived shortly after. Also, the " Healthy stuff " app which you get access to is not available.

Unfortunate experience for me.
This test requires quite a bit of blood, which I didn't enjoy collecting! Then I was told there had been an error with my test (no issue with my sample) and I'd have to collect another sample. I wasn't willing to do this. Customer service were very good however, and refunded me what I had paid very quickly.

I didn't receive any confirmation when my samples were received and had to have up my results by phone. Also, I feel like I am intolerant to milk but it didn't show up on my results.
