Satisfied with the service, ease of submitting hair sample, quick results and communication, also liked the detailed breakdown of results but I don’t believe in the validity of test results. Items I know I am intolerant to were not flagged at all which I find strange, meaning I didn’t trust the other results.

I suffer with Fibromyalgia and my cognitive skills are not good and it’s taken me a while to get a GP appt. I want to go over your findings with a nutritionist so I can be guided how to get the best out of it. I have serious gut problems with IBS, Diverticulitis and Lactose Intolerance that I know of so find it difficult eating the right stuff. Hopefully once I can get the nutritionist’s help this

There was too much information. It showed I had an intolerance to many many things. When I first read the details I felt shocked and wondered if I should stop eating all those things about 90% but then realised that was impossible.

Good service but I’m not sure about the results
The test was sent in good time and the directions for completing it was clear.
Unfortunately I was not aware that I should stop taking piriton for 5 days before the test. So I think my results were skewed.
