vynil flooring arrived very unsatisfactory condition. with printing ink smudged over large areas . and really not satisfied with this . Inwas offered 30 percent discount amounting to 66 pounds I want it replaced completely.

I paid for a sample, then had to pay postage to get it delivered. The sample was superb so I placed the order. Vinyl arrived, completely different. Different name to sample, although correct number. They said batch was slightly paler, nonsense. Offered 10 % discount. Samples must represent order as this is breach of contract. Picture shows small sample on top of delivered roll.

Lino was damaged, had triangular slices throughout so notiable that they must have been seen during rolling and packing!!!

Order was massively delayed despite initial ETA of 2-3 days. No tracking and no dispatch notifications. You will have to be a hostage in your own place waiting for them to deliver your order.
When the item had finally arrived it turned out to be scratched a lot. Scratched BEFORE it was rolled up and not in transit.

Initially we ordered our vinyl flooring and everything was fine . We had a confirmation saying they had it in stock , then a couple of days later we had a message saying it was going to be delivered the next day. Even though item was ordered at a weekend it was sat in delivery depot for says should have been delivered Thursday/Friday there was no update for anything when ringing the company they were rude and unhelpful in the end I cancelled the item the only good thing was they cancelled and paid back within minutes

Communication was poor. I was told that I’d have to wait a few weeks for the item I requested & I was happy to do that. After the date of when it should have arrived passed, I rang them and was told it was in stock & would be delivered on the day I requested.
That day came & I received an email saying that they couldn’t locate the stock & I was offered a refund.

The order comprised of the vinyl as well as the adhesive. Both were scheduled to arrive in 3-4 days but arrived after 7 days and that too incomplete order. The adhesive never got delivered and still struggling to get a refund for the same!
The contact number for customer services doesnt work and have to rely on emails which arent prompt either

Communication is useless. Answered once at start of week and been ignored since. Delivery still not arrived despite saying it would be by today and a tracking number that doesn’t work.

I paid £2.99 per tiny strip of vinyl. Other companies give much larger sections for free. I did like one of the tiny strips but on principal will not buy from this company.

Dealing with the vinylflooringsuk was fine but the courier they used (XDP) was absolutely hopeless. XDP repeatedly cancelled deliveries on the day and then eventually just didn't allow the option to rebook saying there were no dates available. No means of contacting XDP as they don't have a phone contact number that is manned, and don't respond to emails. 2 weeks after the initial intended deliver
