Salesman, delivery men and Customer Services all very good. Unfortunately the sofa produced by the manufacturer was substandard. Initial sofa was delivered with a faulty frame which the external repair technician was unable fix. He recommended a replacement unit which took 4 months to arrive. When this was delivered, after supposedly being thoroughly checked, it had a large hole in the base.

Paul and Joe were great. (They delivered our sideboard and bookcase on 27 March).

Paul noted the drawer knobs were corroded and took notes/photos to report the issue, but we haven't heard back from the store yet.

From my initial visit to your store to delivery of chosen goods, customer care has been a priority. So thanks to Steve in sales, Paul and Joe on delivering to the loft , involving lots of stairs, and Simon in aftercare for resolving a minor problem so efficiently.

When paying for our bed there was some confusion over which fabric was in which price bracket and what discount should apply. It was all sorted but took a while.
The response to my calls about the delivery were not replied to in a timely manner but the delivery itself was good thanks to Frank and Paul effort

Some confusion over the delivery date, but everything was quickly resolved, and Jake and Nate, who delivered our furniture were efficient, helpful, and rather witty.
Furniture is fine as well.
Hope they can get our next sofas for the sun room sooner than quoted!

Like: good service in store from Ben though did not keep in touch about progress. To be competitive the company should incentivise free delivery.

Ordered a new double bed and mattress from T R Hayes. Unfortunately the bed manufacturer went out of business but that’s not T R Hayes fault. Very pleased with the mattress and the delivery was faultless. Mattress was delivered within the pre-arranged time slot and the two delivery men were extremely helpful. Would recommend purely based on the delivery experience.

The sales assistants in the Bath branch were helpful and knowledgeable and the delivery crew, Steve and Kris, were cheerful and efficient. Communication from the shop to advise on availability and delivery could have been better but this could have been due to the Easter holidays
