I purchased a 1-tier pyramid and paid $40 for shipping and handling. The box was so poorly packed that the contents was rattling around upon delivery. Two fan blades were broken off, one of the deer was broken off from the base, and one of the metal candle holders was separated from its wooden base.

Very disappointed paid a lot of money to get item with legs separated from the body. Needs to be glued
