The ordering online was simple. Shipping was really fast. When the product arrived, a few pieces were no longer glued to the base. It was an easy fix, but just wanted you to know.

My sister loves my Herrnhuter I got in Germany, and I was thrilled to learn I could order her one from the US! Unfortunately the adapter that came with it was EU-UK instead of EU-US, but otherwise all is great!

Items are exactly what I wanted but both arrived damaged. Santa smoker head had broken off and a tree had broken off the pyramid. I was able to repair both with glue but packaging for fragile items like these could have been better. Otherwise, very happy.

Please add a 'regular mail' option. I did not need my order quickly and didn't like paying such a high shipping charge, which doubled the price of my little item.
I would like to see more traditional products.

I love the nut cracker and my son will love it as well. I just wish there was some paperwork or a certificate of origin of authenticity that accompanied the item. Beautiful workmanship.
