Most of the items ordered were no actually in stock, though the website indicated they were. So the order was cancelled.
Time was wasted by everyone because stock availability was not updated nor did it show when items were discontinued and not being restocked.

Asked for a discount code,was told only give to new customers already had goods in my basket and needed urgently,Customer service was happy for me not to order and lose a customer,I could understand if order was for 1 item but it was for 150 pieces.
Would have created a new email address to get a code but didn't have time.
