Sonic themselves were very good but badly let down by terrible delivery from Panther who failed to deliver on expected date and then failed to give me an estimated time on the second attempt. Goods delivered in unmarked white van and had to ask to have old goods removed and new one unpacked, which had been paid for. Then tumble dryer not working properly and requires a visit from engineer to fix.

Dear Anne, We’re sorry to hear that the delivery service tarnished an otherwise positive experience. On the whole, Panther do offer our customers an extremely good service. However, especially during peak times, there can be the occasional issue but, thankfully, this is very much the exception. If the manufacturer is unable to assist with the product do let us know.
