Do not buy from this company, I purchased a wetsuit which I then returned as it was too small, only tried it on for size and returned exactly in the same condition as received. Company then said I returned faulty item and refused to refund me my money.
I argued but they were were uncooperative and their customer service and communication is totally subzero.

After many unanswered requests over 2 weeks, finally spoke to an agent to be told product was out of stock, then waited 2 weeks for a refund, which never came, ended up raising with PayPal.

It is almost impossible to get hold of customer service operators. Phone calls go unanswered and emails ignored. After chasing my order for a good few days I've been informed that the item I've purchased was out of stock. Why not let me know that in the first place? Really disappointing experience.

i was absolutley disgusted with pro swimwears service... nothing but rubbish, i ordered on 2 separate ocassions and again appauling service, i had to call to ask where my order was after a 1-3 day policy, i didnt receive them. poor customer service and no top management service. I will never be using them again and will advise my other swim parents the same. To be honest not even a 1 service

I did not receive my order in 3-5 working days as promised. It eventually arrived almost 3 weeks later by which time I had purchased the item elsewhere. Customer Services were slow to respond to my complaints and completely ignored my request to have the order cancelled and a full refund credited to my account. I now have 2 items and the extra cost and hassle of returning the order.

I needed the items I purchased urgently, so I paid an extra charge for next day delivery. The order was confirmed and payment taken. 2 days later nothing had arrived so I contacted customer services, eventually I got a response over a week later to be told that the items werent even in stock. I requested an immediate refund for the full amount but have heard nothing since. Awful service

Returned item, still have not received refund. No reply to emails, cannot reach by phone, the alternative number they give is out of service.

Our returns department have been experiencing higher volumes and when going through this, our returns can take up to 28 days, although we try and aim for 14 working days. No product delivered after payment. Told the product was not in stock, not offered refund I had to ask for it. False advertising because the product was not in stock. No response for the weeks from customer service, I finally got a response after my third email. Finally told me they had posted my product which they clearly hasn’t. All lies and definitely would not recommend. Zero rating

Absolute nightmare - avoid They sent a damaged wetsuit which I immediately returned and ordered a replacement...the replacement arrived a week late and then they refused to refund me for the original, saying that they'd fix it instead...then they just stopped responding. It's basically a stitch-up and looking at other reviews online seems to be how they operate.

I never received my order.
I called their "customer service" team, eventually spoke to someone after trying at least 20 times.
Was advised my item was no longer in stock, they offered an alternative which I did not want. Told them to cancel my order and process a refund.

Order placed end of September - it's now Oct 24th and I'm still waiting for the refund

The products were fine, once received, but i could have ordered from Amazon & received it on time. Paid for expedited delivery, got it a week later than the expected date. Nightmare Avoid Wet Suit arrived damaged...returned within the hour and ordered another. The second arrived a week late...they didn't respond to mails so I cancelled the order...and then they sent it. They then told me I couldn't get a refund for the first one because it was damaged lol. They said they'd repair but I demanded a refund...not heard from them since. Bad smell with this company.

Very poor customer service, I repeatedly left messages, emails and many days later received a response which was unsatisfactory (a wrong response as to why the items hadn’t been dispatched). Very annoyed that to resolve this problem involved a lot of my time and my phone bill

I waited over 4 weeks before I received my order with no email to let me know my order was out of stock. I couldn’t get through to customer service. at all They didn’t answer the phone or call me back. They didn’t answer the online chat or reply to my emails. When my item didn't arrive on time, I was told by customer service that it wasn't even in the UK warehouse, it was still in Germany. Then offered an alternative item, which could be posted express IF I paid extra. Poor communication, inaccurate website and wouldn't use proswimwear again.
